This mod enhances the credit system to make it more realistic. However, the standard game credits will be disabled. If a farm has an existing loan, it will be transferred to the new system.
With this system, you can take out annuity loans. This involves securing a loan with a fixed amount, a term, and an interest rate. The monthly installment is calculated and debited at the end of each month.
The bank requires collateral, so the maximum loan amount is determined based on the current sales value of your vehicles, fields (60%), cash, and any existing loans.
To add realism, the loan interest rate can fluctuate each month, making the timing of the loan crucial. However, you can also opt to change this variable interest rate to a fixed rate in the settings.
There are various options available to customize the credit system according to personal preferences.

An annuity loan consists of an annuity, which is the monthly installment, and an interest rate. The annuity is made up of the repayment amount and the interest amount. The interest amount is calculated by multiplying the interest rate by the remaining loan balance. Consequently, the interest amount decreases over time while the repayment amount increases.
