Opens gates automatically when a vehicle slowly approaches. Drive or walk slowly in front of the gate, and it will open automatically and close after a few seconds. Changelog: 1.1.0.1 - Fixed a bug in Patch 1.14.0.0 that caused all gates and doors to disappear after loading a save game. This issue was especially noticeable with fences. Changelog: 1.1.0.0 - Added distance check: gates and doors now open earlier as soon as a vehicle gets close. - Implemented ownership check: - Checks whether the player or vehicle belongs to the same farm as the land owner. - Can be enabled or disabled in the game settings. - Ownership rules: - If the player or vehicle belongs to the same farm ? the gate opens. - If the land has no owner ? nobody can open the gate. - If the player/vehicle is not the owner or a member of the farm ? the gate remains closed. - If the ownership check is disabled ? all gates open automatically when you are in front of them. New options in the “General Settings” menu: - Adjustable close delay (time before the gate closes automatically). - Enable/disable ownership check. - Manual open/close is now possible again. Fixes: - Fence gates are now detected and will open automatically when a vehicle approaches.

Great mod! Really enhances realism with the automatic gate feature. It makes maneuvering around my farm so much easier.

This mod adds a nice level of realism with the automatic gate feature. Love how it detects my vehicle and opens up seamlessly — saves a lot of time during drop-offs. The ownership check setup is a great touch, adding more challenge. Overall, fantastic job!

The mod has great potential, but some gates take too long to open. It would help if the distance at which they recognize vehicles could be tuned a bit. Adjusting that would enhance the gameplay flow. Keep up the good work!
