GDR home type EW 65 B is a single-family house designed by VEB Kreisbaubetrieb Bau Meiningen, based on the designs of civil engineer Reinhard Blumenstein. It features a living level on the ground floor and a converted attic, offering approximately 115 square meters of living space plus a cellar. Price: $43,750. Daily maintenance: $10. There are two visually identical buildings: one is for decoration and can be found in the building menu under Decoration-Other, while the other is a farmhouse with a sleeping function, located in the construction menu under Farmhouses.
