Fixed up the case maxxum mx series that's been out for a bit now.

new fs19 shaders/textures

All new lights

new mx170 model added

fixed hp scales, weight scales, fuel capacity to realistic amounts

made 2wd a True 2wd

added more wheel options including loaded rear tires
that add weight

fixed front weights to add correct weight

fixed up the dash to be backlit when lights are turned on

fixed all wheel option restloads for more realistic handling
