Description:

The Volksbend map is a modified version of the Riverbend Springs map from the main game. The starting farm has been completely rebuilt and now includes: a farmhouse, grain silo, greenhouses, chicken coop, silos for lime, seed, mineral feed, and fertilizer, a workshop, shelters, a sales stand on the farm, and storage for straw and hay. I haven't updated the PDA map yet, and I'm still figuring out how it works in the 25th version. All buildings can be sold, and placing new buildings on the farm should be hassle-free. There are 4 starting fields ready for harvest, along with improved starting vehicles. NPCs have been removed, as well as the introductory tour. Other than that, the map remains unchanged, with all fields intact as in the original version. I hope you find the map enjoyable; I will continue to work on it, so updates may come, which could occasionally require a new save game, just a heads up. Have fun! Biface

This map has really improved my setup! Great to have solid infrastructure in one location.

I picked Volksbend for its feel and really enjoyed sowing wheat on the new fields. Just a note: tweaks to the PDA map will be great to improve navigation. Overall, a solid start!
