Paint and Terraform Anywhere

This Mod for the Landscaping Tools allows you to paint and terraform anywhere. You can also place trees wherever you like, regardless of land ownership. The Landscaping Tools can even be used in areas with placeables or on roads.

This mod is perfect for correcting mistakes when placing an object too close to a road. It also helps to fix uneven ground and those annoying holes next to placeables. Plus, it's simply enjoyable to paint and terraform freely without boundaries.

New in FS25: Added Dependency on Multiplayer Permissions. Instead of allowing everyone to use Landscaping anywhere, the following rules apply:
- Host or logged in as Game-Admin can use Landscaping anywhere
- Players with "Landscaping" permissions can use Landscaping within the farm-owned area, but restrictions around buildings are lifted
- Players without "Landscaping" permissions cannot use Landscaping Tools anywhere.
