This mod completely replaces the game's original finance and loan system: any loan taken from the vanilla financial service is automatically canceled and refunded, with all borrowing handled through this mod's own bank. It features an advanced banking system with a dedicated tab in the native pause menu. There is no overall loan limit, except at the lowest credit rating tier. The interest rate is based on a market rate plus a risk premium, which varies according to a dynamic six-tier credit rating (D to AAA). The rating drops one tier after each default and recovers one tier each time a loan is fully repaid. Each loan has a fixed monthly repayment and a designated payment hour. If you have any overdue installment, the bank will not approve new loans until the outstanding amount is settled. Missed payments trigger warnings; if unpaid, a vehicle or implement is seized each month until the debt is cleared. The most valuable eligible asset is stored in a hidden virtual warehouse and returned to the shop parking area once the debt is paid. The last motorized vehicle you own will never be seized. The mod also includes an investment module with three risk profiles linked to a simulated market cycle.
