Your placeable items never decrease in value. This mod changes the sell price of your placeable items. Get back 100% of the item's base value when you sell it, no matter how old it is!

This mod is a game changer! Being able to fully make back the value of my placeable items as they age is a fantastic addition. It certainly relieves any pressure when building and upgrading my farms. Thanks for creating a more forgiving economy. Great work!
