Description:
Reduces wear on all vehicles and tools. This means you can work with them longer before they need to be serviced. The age and operating hours of the vehicle are still taken into account. The reduction depends on the 'economy' difficulty level. Easy -> 20% wearout, Normal -> 35% wearout, Hard -> 50% wearout.

Consider adding a customizable setting where players could adjust the wear reduction percentage based on personal gameplay preferences.
