Shared weather truth for the Realistic Farming mod ecosystem. One reading of the sky the whole suite agrees on: current conditions, the forward forecast, and one world-climate dial. It publishes the weather and never decides what a mod does about it.V1.1.0.0

Multiplayer: changing the weather mode (for example to Real World Weather) now works on a dedicated server and from a joined client. Before, the request reached the server empty and nothing changed.
The wgSetMode console command on a client now says the mode was requested, and that the server applies it if you are an admin, instead of showing the old mode as if it had changed.
