The Neversfelderhof was built in 1720 as an impressive half-timbered building featuring four rows of supporting oak beams. It has the characteristic basic shape of a Low German hall house. Main rooms include the Deele with side stables for horses and cattle, and the adjoining Flettküche with an open fireplace. In modern times, the building was reconstructed and expanded to serve both as a living space and an open stable for horses. As a striking main building, it is well-suited for any North German farm. – Purchase price: $129,200 – Maintenance costs: $30/day – Horse feed trigger inside the stable – Straw triggers outside for paddock sprinkling – Loading triggers for animals on the pasture – All gates can be opened – Authentic decoration
