Cultivate after plowing for yield bonus 20% 2.0 fixed

Description:

I made this mod to reflect old school farming methods. Cultivate with a shallow cultivator after plowing will give a 20 percent yield bonus. You can skip mulching ! or added it and make a bigger impact. A deep cultivator after plowing will give a 15% bonus. When farming we always worked the ground several times before planting and it always bothered me that there was no bonus for seed bed.
