This is a work in progress and represents the latest working version. This mod was created entirely by one person who is new to modding and Blender. The project started without any prior knowledge of Blender and has been developing gradually. I have gained a new appreciation for what these creators go through when making mods. The model is borrowed, but I have made significant modifications that are not fully reflected in this current version. I would like to share the last version of the model, but I believe that ROT rotation issues are causing problems, such as car parts exploding upon loading. This appears to be a scaling issue, as far as I can tell. I'm currently tired and not able to work further on it. I realize this project really requires teamwork due to the many technical skills involved. I post this in hopes that a knowledgeable team will take it and help it truly shine. I still need many more hours of learning to refine my skills and conduct deeper research into areas I lack. Credit is due to someone, but I cannot determine who created this original model. I am working on another version, but I will need to create the XML files from scratch, as it is a completely new and different model.
