In the hall with the office, triggers for sleeping and clothing have been added. Both the standard hall and the office hall now include workshop triggers. Hall 1: Standard vehicle hall priced at €90,000, featuring 5 gates, 2 doors (left and right), and a light switch inside the hall. Hall 2: Hall with storage shelves priced at €93,000, featuring 5 gates, 2 doors (left and right), storage shelves along the long side, and light switches inside the hall. Hall 3: Hall with an office extension for contract companies or miscellaneous purposes, priced at €95,000, featuring 5 gates, 2 doors (left and right), and an attached office building on the right. The office is furnished with office furniture and a TV that can be turned on or off. The trigger can be accessed behind the TV, and the light in front of the desk by the door is activated along with the hall lights. A solar system can be selected or none. Textures have been completely revamped compared to the LS22 mod, and maintenance costs €40.
