With this pack, you can establish your own direct marketing. Choose from various sales houses of different sizes and vending machines. Self-marketing ensures fresh food for customers around the clock and peace of mind, as they know exactly where their products come from. Freshly stocked, these products are supplied directly by the producer, bypassing intermediate trade. For producers, this means straightforward and direct marketing of your own goods, leading to higher profits but also some extra effort. Depending on the model you select, costs and profit opportunities will vary. Important: Each building has two versions, available in the corresponding category. Selling stations are actual retail points and can only be used by the owner. Production facilities operate similarly but are dedicated to manufacturing. You can sell less but maintain the same profit margin, with goods gradually phased out over time for a more realistic farm shop experience. Simply activate the products you wish to sell via the production menu. Some products may require special storage conditions, like refrigeration, which could incur additional costs. The sales houses come in four designs: large, small, extension, and very large, each offering different product ranges. The very large version includes items like grape juice, raisins, chocolate, cereals, fabric, and clothes. The buildings' lights can be turned on, and doors opened. Four vending machine variants are available: standard vending machine (milk, eggs, $12,000), milk-only vending machine ($15,000), large milk filling station ($25,000), small milk filling station ($11,000), and a potato sale box ($1,000). Some vending machines feature additional details like opening doors for realism. Unlike FS22 and FS19 versions, these vending machines are now permanent structures without transport options. Additionally, three shelter houses in two sizes are offered at prices ranging from $5,000 to $27,500.
