Description:

This mod completely overhauls the game's finance and loan system: any loan taken from the vanilla financial service is automatically canceled and refunded, with all borrowing handled through this mod's own bank. It features an advanced banking system with a dedicated tab in the native pause menu. There is no total loan limit, except at the lowest credit rating tier. The interest rate is based on a market rate plus a risk premium linked to a dynamic six-tier credit rating (D to AAA), which decreases a tier after each default and increases a tier each time you fully repay a loan. Each loan has a fixed monthly repayment schedule and designated payment hour. If you have overdue installments on any loan, the bank will not grant new loans until the overdue amount is settled. Missed payments trigger warnings; if unpaid, a vehicle or implement is seized each subsequent month until the debt is cleared. The most valuable eligible asset is seized into a hidden virtual warehouse and returned to the shop parking area once the debt is paid. The last motorized vehicle you can use will never be seized. The mod also includes an investment module with three risk profiles tied to a simulated market cycle.
