Makes field prices more interesting. It might be wise to look out for good deals instead of always purchasing the nearest land. Some NPCs are greedier than others, and their economic situations change over time, affecting prices as well. An additional 10% fee is added when buying or selling a field, which significantly limits flipping. Prices update once per day, and the percentage difference from the base price is displayed when buying land.
