Let's start with a bit of time travel. The building was constructed around 1820. Back then, both the farmer's family and the servants (maid and servant) lived on the farm. All work was done manually or with animals. In 1902, the property included 12.3 hectares of meadow and 5.8 hectares of arable land. Around 1938, the farm kept one horse, six cows, two oxen, four to six calves, five to six sheep, one to two pigs, and about 20 poultry. It was never a large farm. The barn was converted into a tethered barn in 1940. In 1990, it was rebuilt to accommodate 15-20 cows, which can choose to be inside or outside. Calves are also housed in the barn. The hayloft can be accessed for storing equipment or straw. Construction costs: $134,800. Daily upkeep: $120. Features include a workshop in the basement, accessible hayloft, cows fed inside, bedding in the stable, cows delivered outside at the pasture gate, and a residential building with sleep trigger at the front door. All doors can be recolored, shutters open during the day and close at night, and all doors are animated and openable. The building is equipped with lighting for all important areas and many extras to enhance authenticity. The beams on the upper floor have no collision to allow for better maneuvering.
