Great concept with the modern industrial design. However, the price seems a bit steep given the functionality compared to other vertical structures I've seen. Adding options for more accessibility or placements could enhance usability. Maintaining realism in pricing and specifications allows this mod to be drievable in a more varied gameplay style.
