Description:

Allows the yaw axis of the outdoor camera to rotate independently of the vehicle's rotation. The default key to toggle between relative and absolute yaw mode is: Alt+C.
This mod also resolves the outdoor camera rotation issue with articulated vehicles, where the camera only rotates within a single articulated frame instead of considering the entire vehicle. This ensures the camera remains stationary even when steering an articulated vehicle without moving.
