Ever want a more realistic bank loan experience than what the base game provides? Looking for something more challenging and fun to use? Heartland Agricultural Bank is a new realistic bank loan system that enhances your banking and financing experience in the game. Designed to be realistic, enjoyable, and easy to operate. Bad credit, good credit... it all depends on how you manage your payments with the bank, making a real difference when applying for loans. Below are all the features of the mod along with the key bindings. As always, I welcome any compliments, concerns, or ideas! CONTROLS B – Open or close the bank NUMPAD 7 / 9 – Switch to previous or next banking tab NUMPAD 8 / 2 – Move up or down NUMPAD 4 / 6 – Adjust choices, statements, and inbox messages ENTER – Confirm or submit NUMPAD 1 – Make an extra $10,000 principal payment NUMPAD 3 – Fully pay off the loan NUMPAD 5 – Open customer services NUMPAD 0 – Close the bank CURRENT FEATURES – Six agricultural loan products – Loan application and approval system – Named agricultural loan officers – Farm credit score system – Asset-based borrowing eligibility – Credit-based fixed APRs and dynamic prime rate – Automatic amortized monthly loan payments – Persistent loan/payment data across saves and restarts – Monthly loan statements – Secure banking inbox – Application and origination fees – Late fees and overdue accounts – Collections and default progression – Restrictions on new financing while delinquent – Customer relationship tiers and rewards – Payment protection insurance – Payment deferral requests – Loan refinancing – Extra principal payments – Full early payoff option ACCOUNT DELINQUENCY 1.
