What to expect on the map:
- 2 farms, ranging from new to old
- A total of 3 sales stations
- At Hof 1 Neuer Hof, there is a lime purchase station
- German license plates are available for the Custom Map
- Several forests for wood enthusiasts, varying in size from small to large
- A sawmill can be purchased to process the trees
- 32 fields for managing arable crops
- 1 livestock dealer and 1 vehicle dealer are included
- A petrol station for refueling is located at the start of the area
- In the town, there is an old farm belonging to the NPC Grandpa
- Hof 1 is the newer, larger farm located on parcel 39, where cattle breeding is possible
- Hof 2 is a somewhat rustic courtyard on parcel 40, also allowing for cow breeding

This map is a must-have for its stunning depiction of the Bavarian landscape. Offering even distances for crops and various buildings really enhances gameplay.
