It's shared in more places then I am aware of, like here. I found this by doing a google search to find hacks of the system after one was posted to kingmods.

The Hemp Production System is impressive and adds great variety to gameplay. However, I'd recommend refining some production ratios, as they feel a bit skewed right now, which affects balancing and efficiency. Also, including specific animations or zok the workshops running with property activities may enhance immersion right? Overall, solid start!
