What is a doodlebug, you may ask? Typically, they were built from stripped-down 1920s and 30s Ford Model A or Model T cars. These machines were crude but effective, with their car bodies removed and frames shortened. To handle heavy field work, farmers equipped them with heavy-duty truck rear axles and often bolted dual transmissions together to achieve the extreme low-range gearing needed for plowing, hauling logs, and towing stone boats. This particular doodlebug is based on a Model A truck. It features only color configurations and a hitch. It was created purely for fun.
