A cultivator from the "Kuzbass" series of seeding complexes, consisting of cultivator seed drills with working widths ranging from 6.1 to 9.7 meters. The "Kuzbass" cultivator is a versatile soil cultivation tool designed for soil preparation, maintenance, and yield improvement on fields that have not been previously treated with erosion control methods—such as stubble fields of grains or other crops. In a single pass, it performs cultivating (loosening), harrowing, and leveling the soil. The "Kuzbass" seeding complex is tractor-pulled and includes a seeding unit along with a trailing or mounted seed and fertilizer tank. The tank is equipped with a diesel engine or an economical hydraulic drive that powers a blower. In 2005, specialists developed and implemented a new reconsolidation system using spiral metal rollers instead of rubber tires, eliminating gaps between roller elements and ensuring continuous soil reconsolidation. Features: Price: €59,636 – €76,855. Operating modes include cultivator, seed drill, cultivator with rollers, or seed drill with rollers. Reconsolidation elements can be rubber tires or spiral metal rollers. Harrow options include standard or combination harrows. Configuration options include scrapers for rubber tires. Color choices are available for the frame and seed lines. Additional hydraulic lines can be added for a hydraulically driven tank. Traction marks, soil contamination, and self-cleaning effects are included. Visual aging effects and changes in appearance under wet conditions are also features.
