Description:

Agricultural Financial System: current accounts, credit, taxes, and cash flow Buy a tractor and the money vanishes from your pocket instantly? No farm works that way. Here you buy on account, get paid on terms, earn your credit, pay your taxes, and settle your staff’s wages at the end of the month. YOUR COMPANY Company name, tax ID, bank, town, and employee name are shown on the bank card, invoices, payslip, and ATM. Every supplier and customer keeps the name you give it and its own history. YOUR BANK The bank account functions like a home banking card, alongside cash, committed funds, and credit margin. Each transaction has its paper document: invoice, purchase order, cheque, promissory note, sale settlement, or payslip, with a status stamp. A statement displays Debit, Credit, and Balance. Transfer money to another farm, with the bank fee of your country shown before confirming. Placeable 3D ATM of the same bank. CURRENT ACCOUNTS Buy on credit at the shop, animal dealer, construction site, buying stations, and fuel stations on the map. Options include cash, 30, 60, or 90 days, with surcharges of 0, 2, 5, or 10%, shown before selection. A 25% down payment halves the cost for machinery and buildings. Pay early to receive a 3% monthly discount. ONE CREDIT LINE YOU HAVE TO EARN A single credit line for the entire company: starting at 100,000 (or 50,000 or 250,000 in settings), increasing by 15% each time you pay on time, up to 8 times. If your margin isn’t sufficient, the purchase is rejected. PROMISSORY NOTES AND CHEQUES Sign promissory notes above your margin: 180 days with a 30% surcharge, up to twice your earned limit. Deferred cheques are available for 30, 60, and 90 days. Two bounced cheques suspend your chequebook. ARREARS AND SEIZURE An overdue account reduces your available credit to zero; the limit is restored once settled. Penalty interest is 3% per month. Refinancing is possible up to twice. An unpaid promissory note may lead to seizure. RECEIVABLES Sales, contracts, and animal sales are paid on terms. Collect via bank deposit or cash at the factory counter, tax-free. Sometimes customers pay late, always with a reason. OPTIONAL TAXES BY COUNTRY Available for Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Germany, France, Italy, or the United States. Off by default. Includes VAT, monthly VAT return, and annual income tax with depreciation and losses. An invoicing tab mimics the tax authority’s portal, with paper invoices. Contracts are invoiced to the NPC owning the field. INVOICES BETWEEN FARMS Invoice another farm for a job. It can accept or reject; you get paid when it pays. FARM AND CONTRACTOR (optional) Two bank accounts within one company: contracts go to the Contractor, sales to the Farm. Automatic coverage, free transfers, and the option to choose which account pays each purchase. STAFF Wages are settled monthly, including labor charges (Realistic 47.3% or Low 15%). A real payslip is generated. Unpaid payroll prevents staff from taking new jobs. GRAIN BARTER Settle a debt with grain, valued at 5% above market price, under a signed contract. SETTINGS Configure tax regime, starting credit, staff costs, commercial terms, and Farm and Contractor options in the game menu. In multiplayer, only the admin can change these. Compatible with Supply & Transport Contracts and other mods that add their own accounts. Supports single-player, multiplayer, and dedicated servers. Available in Spanish, English, German, French, and Italian. Made with a passion for realistic farming simulation. V1.3.1.0 Major update from version 1.2.0.0. All listed features are new or have been modified. ONE CREDIT LINE The four separate credit lines are now combined into one for the entire company, starting at 100,000 (or 50,000 or 250,000 in settings). Your saved game retains your earned credit with each supplier; nothing is lost. Tax and payroll accounts do not use your credit margin. BANK AND DOCUMENTS The interface has a new look: the bank account appears as a home banking card alongside cash, committed funds, and credit margin. Each tab displays the paper document of the selected row—invoice, purchase order, cheque, promissory note, sale settlement, or payslip—with a status stamp. The statement is now a bank statement showing Debit, Credit, and Balance. Transfer funds to another farm, with your country’s bank fee shown before confirmation. The ATM belongs to the same bank, has its own icon, and displays the last operation on screen, with unique sounds for transactions, credits, debits, arrears, bounced cheques, and stamps. SETTINGS IN THE GAME MENU Tax regime, starting credit, staff costs (Realistic or Low), commercial terms (Realistic or Balanced), and Farm and Contractor options can be adjusted here. Only the admin can change these in multiplayer. TAXES (optional, off by default) for Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Germany, France, Italy, and the United States. Includes VAT on all sales and purchases, monthly VAT return, and annual income tax with depreciation and losses. The new invoicing tab connects to the tax authority’s portal, showing the invoice book and paper invoices. Contracts are invoiced to the NPC owning the field. INVOICES BETWEEN FARMS From the invoicing tab (C button), you can invoice another farm. It can accept or reject; payment occurs when they pay. FARM AND CONTRACTOR (optional) Two bank accounts within the same company: contracts go to the Contractor, sales to the Farm. Automatic coverage, free transfers, and the ability to assign which account pays each purchase. Wages for helper staff on contract fields are charged to the Contractor. STAFF Real labor charges are now configurable: 47.3% (Realistic) or 15% (Low), replacing the fixed 35%. The Personnel tab displays a daily wage sheet and a real payslip. Employee names can be set in Company Details. SALES AND CONTRACTS Animal sales now go to Accounts Receivable like other sales. Contracts that pay with their own code (Supply & Transport Contracts, dead wood, tree transport, rocks) also go to Accounts Receivable. Fuel purchased at map fuel stations is now on account. Other mods can add their own installments and fees to the current account. Compatible with save games from version 1.2.0.0, requiring no new game. Supports multiplayer and dedicated servers.
