Version 1.1.0.0 significantly expands the original, evolving from simple vehicle telemetry to a comprehensive vehicle management system. Vehicles now require attention regarding maintenance, temperature, technical condition, inspections, and insurance. Multi-page vehicle monitor: - Page 1: Live telemetry - Page 2: Service & diagnostics - Page 3: Technical inspection - Page 4: Vehicle file & insurance Switching pages is easy, with the last used page saved. Maintenance and service: Vehicles now feature an advanced maintenance system with custom intervals, remaining time display, early warnings, and different conditions. Mobile service can be called directly, with realistic workflows including oil/fluid services, costs, proper parking, and engine shutdown requirements. Severe issues can cause engine failure, requiring repairs or engine replacement, impacting vehicle operation more than before. Engine damage: Poor vehicle condition can cause engine failure, stalling, or inability to restart engines. Mobile repair services and replacement engines may be necessary, making vehicle condition more critical. Engine temperature and overheating: Engine temperature now influences performance, with different thresholds from cold to critical. High temperatures reduce power, and extreme overheating can shut down the engine, which must cool before restarting. Cooling system diagnostics and adjustable overheating behaviors are included. Technical vehicle inspection: Regular inspections are now part of the system, with a dedicated monitor page showing status, validity, and options to call mobile inspectors. Results include pass, minor defects, failure, or dangerous deficiencies, with defect reports and follow-up inspections. Digital vehicle file: Each vehicle has a detailed digital file managing key data, maintenance, inspections, and insurance info. The last viewed page is saved. Insurance system: Vehicles can be insured with various types, with status displayed on the monitor. Damage can be claimed, assessed, accepted, or rejected, considering deductibles and vehicle condition, affecting claims and regulations. Key assignment: Basic controls include: - ALT + H: Show/hide monitor - ALT + Arrow keys: Move monitor - ALT + Plus/Minus: Zoom Additional functions are accessible via buttons on the monitor, such as switching pages, calling services, or adjusting overheating, eliminating the need to memorize shortcuts. Keys are customizable. Storage: Settings like monitor position, size, current page, selected vehicle file view, maintenance status, test data, insurance info, and other conditions are saved to retain data across sessions. Multiplayer and dedicated servers: The system supports synchronization of vehicle states, mobile services, inspections, insurance, and overheating functions across networked players, with expanded checks for multiplayer actions. Translations: Language files now include expanded content for German, English, French, and others, covering maintenance, engine damage, overheating, inspections, vehicle files, and insurance. Summary: The initial version focused on displaying realistic vehicle telemetry. The new version transforms the mod into a comprehensive vehicle management system, integrating live telemetry, maintenance, mobile services, engine health, temperature, overheating, inspections, vehicle files, and insurance. Vehicles are now more than just work machines; maintenance, condition, and handling significantly enhance realism in Farming Simulator 25.
