This mod requires you to manually attach and detach tools and trailers.
Attach/Detach Implements:
When attaching an implement, the script keeps it in its lowered position. Exceptions include frontloaders, skid steers, shovels, telehandlers, combines, and hooklift implements, which can still be attached and detached without leaving your vehicle.
Note: Connection hoses and power take-off still need to be attached manually for these implements.*
To detach, the implement must be lowered first! Also, ensure that the power take-off and connection hoses are disconnected before detaching the implement. The mod disables attaching and detaching from inside the vehicle (exceptions above). As the title suggests, quick switching between implements is no longer possible—time to get out of the vehicle for real!
Attach/Detach Power Take-Off:
Press Z to attach or detach the power take-off. Remember, a tool needs a power take-off to operate!
Attach/Detach Connection Hoses:
Hold Z (for a short time) to attach or detach the connection hoses.
Without attached connection hoses, the following issues may occur:
– Hydraulic controls (e.g., moving parts, folding, ridge markers) won’t work
– Lights won’t function
– Brakes may be blocked
V1.1.0.0
– Support added for multicouplers and cable bundles. Implements that bundle connections into a single coupling now work correctly instead of showing no connection options.
– Fixed issues with implements sliding onto a pallet or stand when detached (e.g., Krone bale shredder). They now animate properly instead of snapping off or clipping through.
– Fixed crashes related to attaching or detaching certain implements and when standing near them.
– Implements with a power take-off can now be turned on without connection hoses attached; hoses only control additional functions.
– Fixed synchronization issues of power take-off and connection hoses in multiplayer.
– Fixed auto-attach issues on front attacher joints. Driving away from an implement no longer snaps it on.
– Fixed crashes when auto-attaching after the last vehicle was sold or reset.
– Fixed semi-suspended implements from being prevented from lowering when they didn’t need to be.
