MULTIPLAYER ONLY This mod is exclusively functional in multiplayer mode. Transform land into a real estate market among farms! Become your server’s estate agent: sell your farmland to other players, lease it out for recurring rent, or make offers on land you’re interested in. Everything is fair and transparent through offer and acceptance — the other farm must actively agree before any transfer of money, ownership, or usage rights occurs. If the price isn’t right, you can negotiate: counter offers go back and forth until both sides reach an agreement. - Sale: ownership and purchase price are transferred. - Lease: the lessee manages the field (plough, sow, fertilise, harvest) while ownership remains with the lessor. Rent is automatically settled each period. - Requests: you can directly approach the owner with a purchase or lease request instead of waiting for an offer. - Bundles: multiple parcels can be offered at a combined price — accepted only as a whole. **Fully menu-driven, no hotkeys:** - Select a parcel on the map and initiate an offer via the context menu “Market” or “Request.” The info box displays lease status, open offers, and ongoing negotiations. - Parcels are selected on a full-screen map with ownership overlays and multi-selection for bundles. - Leased parcels appear in the lessee’s colour on the map, while the field number stays in the owner’s colour. - Menu > Statistics > “Farmland Marketplace”: view all incoming and outgoing deals, active leases — accept, decline, counter, withdraw, or cancel. **V1.0.5.0** - Price negotiation: offers can be countered as many times as needed until both sides agree. - Purchase and lease requests: farms can now approach owners directly. - Bundle offers: multiple parcels can be combined into one total price or rent, accepted on an all-or-nothing basis. - New full-screen map for parcel selection: multi-selection by clicking, ownership overlays, and highlighting of selected parcels. - Map context actions: Market, Request, and Counter available directly on the selected parcel. - Leased parcels are shown in the lessee’s colour; the field number remains in the owner’s colour. - The info box on the map shows the number of ongoing negotiations for each parcel. - The offer dialog now displays land value and size as a reference. - Multiple interested farms can negotiate for the same parcel simultaneously. - The dialog’s confirm button is labeled Send Offer, Send Request, or Send Counter Offer. - Fixed issue where negative prices were not detected, potentially crediting money to the buyer; amounts are now properly clamped. - Amounts are transferred as integers in multiplayer to ensure accuracy; large prices are now displayed correctly. - If a lessee purchases the parcel they are leasing, the lease contract is properly terminated before ownership changes. - When ownership of a parcel changes, only invalid deals are dropped.
