Agricultural Financial System: real current accounts, credit, and cash flow.
Buy a tractor and the money vanishes from your pocket instantly? No farm works that way. This mod introduces how a real agricultural business manages its finances: you buy on credit, get paid on terms, and must earn your credit.YOUR COMPANY, YOUR DETAILS
You're not just "Farm 1": enter your real company details, and they stay on screen.
Company or estate name, tax ID, bank or lender, and town.
They appear in the header of the finance panel, like the letterhead on a real invoice.
Every supplier and customer is named according to your input: assign accounts to your grain merchant, farm store, or dealership. The system remembers each one, maintaining its own history and credit limit.
Customers detected on the map can also be given custom names.
Saved with your game and synchronized in multiplayer.CURRENT ACCOUNTS WITH SUPPLIERS
A "Charge to Current Account" button on the shop’s purchase screen, right next to "Buy".
Buy now, pay later: the money doesn’t transfer until the due date.
Compatible with tractors, implements, seeds, fertilizer, pallets, and placeables.
Standard 30-day trade terms, up to 60 days depending on the supplier.
Early payment discount of 3% per month: pay sooner, pay less.TWO CREDIT LINES YOU HAVE TO EARN
Separate types: Supplies ($50,000 starting limit) and Machinery ($100,000 starting limit).
Purchases are classified automatically based on the item’s real shop data: fertilizer spreaders draw on Machinery, seeds on Supplies. Works with items from other mods too.
Your credit limit increases by 15% each time you pay on time, up to 8 times the initial amount. Late payments do not increase it.
If the margin isn’t enough, the purchase is rejected. You’ll be notified if you exceed your limit.PROMISSORY NOTES AGAINST THE HARVEST
When your current account isn’t enough, you can formalize the deal with a promissory note.
Long terms, up to 270 days, meant to be paid off with your harvest.
Not a blank check: the maximum is twice your earned limit, minus any outstanding notes.ARREARS AND SEIZURE
An overdue account reduces your available credit to $0 across all types and promissory notes.
Your earned limit is never lost: it’s fully restored once you settle your debts.
Penalty interest of 3% per month applies to overdue balances.
Refinance options are available at a 15–25% surcharge, up to twice per debt.
An unpaid promissory note goes into enforcement, and until you’re back in the black, no further credit is extended.RECEIVABLES
Sales don’t pay out instantly; they settle on terms depending on the product, just like in real life.
Direct debit: if you have funds in the bank, debts are paid automatically when due.
Sales to your own outlets are spread across daily installments.THE CUSTOMER WHO PAYS LATE
Sometimes, your customers can delay payment beyond the agreed date by 7 to 21 days.
Always with a valid reason: low sales, internal issues, supply disruptions, or cash shortages.
You receive an on-screen notification with the customer’s name and the delay period.
This can happen once per account, and only if justified; it doesn’t happen just because there are outstanding sales. It helps prevent you from assuming uncollected money is available.3D ATM
A placeable object: buy it, place it, use it.
Deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries, with separate Cash and Bank accounts.GRAIN EXCHANGE
Barter contracts: commit future grain in exchange for supplies today.
With a cancellation penalty, just like a real contract.FEATURES
Cash-flow panel with five figures in different colors: Cash, Bank, Committed Funds, Supplies Margin, and Machinery Margin. One glance shows how much money is truly available.
Event log recording every transaction.
Serially numbered vouchers, keeping current accounts and promissory notes separate.
Payment terms adapt to your in-game month length.
Compatible with multiplayer and dedicated servers.
Available in Spanish, English, German, French, and Italian.
Made with a passion for realistic farming simulation.
