Buildings no longer appear instantly. Instead, placing a building now creates a realistic multi-phase construction project with fenced sites, monthly progress updates, and resource deliveries. You can toggle this process on or off at any time. For construction projects, you have the option to deliver materials yourself to reduce costs. Projects will take several months depending on their size and expense. You can pause a project to wait and supply additional materials. Labor costs must always be paid, but you can customize the proportion of total costs allocated to labor versus materials. Fully supports multiplayer gameplay. Does not include base game simple pastures or those in FS25_FencelessPastures.V1.0.0.1
