Connecting Tow Cable adds a system for quickly attaching equipment with a tow cable.BETA 2
This is still a beta version. As a test, assistant modes have been added to the driven vehicle, allowing it to accelerate. Two steering modes have also been introduced: direct and follow me. They still function imperfectly. If the equipment has different control systems, steering will not be mirrored. Activate the towing assistant mode with LALT + B
Select the steering mode with LALT + Y. This mod enables manual connection of two pieces of equipment using a physical cable, utilizing the existing attacher points.The mod is ideal for:
towing stuck equipment;
extracting tractors from mud;
creating realistic rescue and transport scenarios;
coordinating equipment in difficult conditions. The cable has physics and visually connects the equipment, creating the effect of a real towing cable.
This is a Beta version of the mod. Multiplayer functionality has not been tested and is currently disabled.
