Basic concept of the mod Scrap Spawner scatters discarded scrap metal across the map! This mod introduces the dynamic appearance of random pallet objects containing car parts, bodies, and various scrap metals. It creates a natural-looking junkyard scattered throughout the world—like old cars left in forests, roadside, or abandoned fields. 1. Random spawning of scrap metal throughout the map The mod periodically generates pallets with "ferrous metal objects" at random locations around the world. Each pallet is an empty model of an old car or body part. 2. Complete realism **ScrapSpawner considers the environment:** - Does not spawn trash in water, even shallow water. - Does not appear in fields (to avoid disturbing farmers). - Does not spawn inside buildings, equipment, or trees. - Searches only for physically free spaces. Everything looks like genuine old trash forgotten somewhere in forests or plantings. 3. Seamless integration with maps The mod automatically detects the map size and works correctly on both standard and large mod maps. 4. Ferrous metal detectors – a new type of tool! **The mod includes two unique tools:** - Metal Detector (search for real pallets) - Finds actual objects on the map - Beeps more frequently when approaching - Shows distance - Allows you to hunt for metal as if searching for treasure - Scrap Hunter (search for hidden points) - When you pick up a metal detector, you can find various loot on the ground. - Approaching the "conventional loot point" grants a reward in money. - Features a Sixth Sense mode that briefly highlights dots where valuables are located (cooldown of 125 seconds). This turns exploring the map into an exciting scrap metal hunt. 5. New Contracts 1) Contract system for collecting scrap metal: - Accepting a contract creates your own zone. - The mod correctly centers the zone, avoiding map edges, water, and fields. - Necessary "ferrous metal pallets" spawn inside the zone. - Progress is displayed like in standard missions. 2) Contract system for searching valuables with a metal detector: - Accepting a contract creates your own zone. - Collecting valuables within this zone with a metal detector counts towards progress. - Progress is displayed as in standard missions. **ATTENTION!** To make contracts appear, be sure to place a sales point from the mod! 6. Statistics and new GUI page in the ESC menu **A new tab appears in the game menu:** Scrap Overview – complete statistics of scrap metal and your finds on the map. Shows: - Volume of each type - Volume of one pallet - Total volume - Number of pallets - Environmental status of the map (standard convention) - Your finds using a metal detector
