Welcome to Lachem, and thank you for exploring my first map!Changelog 1.0.0.1:
– Added paintable grass/meadow
– Included more paintable ground textures
– Removed and replaced some placeables to reduce dependencies. Lachem is a fictional reconstruction set in the beautiful Weserbergland, within the Hameln-Pyrmont district.
There are four farms and a biogas plant on the map. Additionally, several vacant barns and sheds are available for purchase.
All farms are designed so that you can sell everything and build your own farm from scratch.
In Lachem, you'll find a bakery and a small cannery. In the neighboring village of Haverbeck, there are also several production facilities and a livestock dealer who sells slurry and manure.Brief feature overview:

– Some ditches fill with water during rain. Be cautious of water holes in the fields during rainfall

Currently, there are no AI splines for helpers on streets and no collectible items, but both are planned.
You start at Brockmann Farm, which has smaller fields and keeps cows. The main farm is located in the center of Lachem, with an additional building along the main road.
If you wish to continue playing with the old required mods, you don’t need to start a new savegame. Farmland 120, available for purchase in the upper right corner, includes all remaining land (roads, between fields, etc.). More updates will follow.

It would be great to see a feature that adds more AI farm vehicle integration in Lachem, including better road paths. That could enhance multiplayer dynamics and improve the realism when hiring workers. Overall, good map geometry add some wildlife placement!

This map brings a lovely vibe to my farm layout. The added textures and crops provide more customization for seasons. Just wanted to suggest improving the visibility of pond edges; I've had a few unexpected spills. Keep up the great work.
