Description:

The Phiber Dash system is one of the most efficient ways to mix chemicals and refill a sprayer. The Dash automates chemical mixing and cleaning, reducing the possibility of human error, decreasing the time needed to fill a sprayer, and increasing overall sprayer productivity. It features two pumps: a high-volume water pump with a 13hp motor rated at 430 GPM, and an air-diaphragm pump capable of 40 GPM for auto rinsing and dry product agitation. Separate inductors allow operators to load multiple products in advance of a new sprayer load while maintaining chemical separation. Once chemicals are loaded into their respective inductors and the sprayer is attached, the filling and rinsing process can be managed from a single ground-level station beside the trailer. Chemicals can be delivered individually by activating the control handle for each inductor, opening two valves—one unloading chemicals into the main water stream and another activating the rinse head for simultaneous rinsing and unloading. Each inductor can unload in about 15 seconds, including a rinse cycle to ensure complete chemical delivery and residue removal. Be sure to check the in-game help menu for instructions on how to use this mod. The virtual Dash replicates some of the real equipment's features within the game. The Dash 4.4 and Dash 1.4 can mix Herbicide from unmixed Herbicide and water, or Liquid Fertilizer from Water Soluble Fertilizer and water. Trailers can be purchased preassembled or assembled from individual components. Pre-assembled trailers include: 45FT Dash Trailer ($73,900, capacity 26,500 liters), 50FT Dash Trailer ($81,850, capacity 28,300 liters), 50FT Dash Sprayer Deck Trailer ($68,600, capacity 12,300 liters), and a simple 45FT Dash Trailer ($74,000, capacity 26,500 liters). Other trailers available are: 45FT and 50FT Step Decks, Gooseneck, hydraulic ramp Gooseneck, flatbeds, steel and Renown drop decks. Dash components include the Dash 4.4 ($25,000) for mixing herbicide and liquid fertilizer, and the Dash 1.4 ($12,500). Pumps, cages, and tote decks are also available. Tanks for Dash 4.4 include FSH2750, FSH3250, FSH3750, and FSH4250, with capacities ranging from 10,400 to 16,000 liters. Tanks for Dash 1.4 include models A1050, A1350, A1500, A1650, A2050, E1350, E1550, and E1750, with capacities from 4,000 to 7,500 liters. Products include Herbicide Tote ($24,000, 1-8 totes of 1,000 liters unmixed herbicide), Herbicide Jug Multibuy ($260, 1-8 jugs of 10 liters unmixed herbicide), and Soluble Fertilizer ($12,500, 200 liters).
