The Favorit S/SA series was expanded in 1972 to include the 600 series, comprising the 610 S/SA, 611 S/SA, and 612 S/SA. This series underwent significant improvements in the following two years, and the difference from the first Favorit S/SA 6-cylinder series became increasingly significant. The Favorit large tractors covered the range from 80 to 120 hp and were equipped with the Turbomatik stepless automatic start system.
