Hello, I am excited to present my second map, Nietwerder, available for download. Nietwerder is situated in the picturesque Oberpriegnitz, neighboring Neuruppin, Gildenhall, and Alt Ruppin. The Lindenzentrum is also partially included. The elevation model and streets are based on real-life counterparts. I opted not to replicate the fields exactly as they would only number ten on the map; instead, there are 51 fields, a farm divided into four sections, and six additional pastures available for purchase. The BGA of Wuthenow is included but not in its accurate location to ensure it fits on the map. There is no sawmill, and the forests cannot be bought or logged, as the original area primarily focuses on cattle breeding and electricity production. The farm is divided into four parts: the first includes the farmhouse, three vehicle sheds, a bale storage shed, a vegetable growing area, a tower silo for drying and ensiling grass (diesel required), free-range chickens, and a farm dog. The second part features another vehicle shed, a cowshed, and a silo for harvest storage. The third part includes a vehicle shed, a workshop, a farm petrol station, two additional bale and pallet storage areas, a small drive-in silo, and my multi-production area where you can produce diesel, seeds, fertilizer, lime, liquid fertilizer, herbicides, compost, mineral feed, TMR, and pig feed. The fourth part adds four more cowsheds. Scattered throughout the map are two additional cowsheds, two sheep/goat pastures, two chicken coops, a pigsty, and a horse stable. Almost all sales outlets and production facilities have gates with operating hours, so pay attention to the signs to avoid being stuck in front of closed doors. The train on the map currently serves as decoration due to ongoing issues with the driving ranch. Until resolved, the train will traverse the map decoratively. The train silo acts as both a sales and purchasing station. All productions, except for the high silo and multi-production, require electricity to operate. For those using AD, AD courses are stored in the map and will load upon the first start. If prompted to calculate courses, select NO, and my pre-set courses will be available.
