You can choose to homestead or transform this island into your own agricultural powerhouse. - 12 farmlands. - 9 fields with working contracts. - Animal Trader and vehicle shop. - 1 Sell Everything point at the dock. - 1 Lime station. - The main road is also available for purchase as farmland if you wish to upgrade it. - All water is usable. - 10 collectibles.

This island is a farming paradise! I almost forgot I couldn't grow money trees here. Not enough farms? I guarantee you'll still richly enjoy maintaining your "powerhouse." Keep up the good work!
