Description:

This script offers players improved prices when selling a placeable. There is a grace period of 1 month for placing or selling a placeable. If the placeable is sold within this month, you will receive 100% of the original cost back. After 1 month, the price will decrease to 80% of the cost and will continue to decline each month thereafter (similar to the base game). Please note that landscaping costs will not be refunded.
