Precision guidance, section control, and field records for Farming Simulator 25.
A single in-cab terminal that performs all the functions of a real guidance system — straight lines, headland management, section shutoff, tramlines, and detailed field activity logs.Guidance
Create an AB line by driving it manually, or let ApexGuidance automatically read a recorded field edge and offset it into the crop by your chosen distance. Tracks are numbered, snap to the nearest automatically, and can be nudged sideways in tenths of a metre without losing the grid.
Boundaries and obstacles
Drive along the field edge once to record it, then save and reuse it.
Record ponds, pylons, and tree islands in the same way. Each gets its own headland ring at your specified width, with implements lifting and lowering around them just like at the field edge. In guidance mode, there are proper passes to navigate around these obstacles.Headlands
Three modes:
Warn — flags approach, no automation
Auto — lifts and lowers the implement automatically
Guidance — generates headland passes and steers the machine around the field and obstacles, selecting the nearest pass as you drive onto it
Lift and lower are set in metres relative to the line — before, after, or exactly on it — with a headland overlap setting that adjusts the entire operation with a single number instead of four.Section control
Both ends of the working width are measured to the boundary every frame, so the section that reaches it first shuts off first. It’s progressive and stepped, capable of following curves and corners where an angle-based system cannot.
Manual left and right shutoff controls from outside the implement. A section strip at the bottom of the terminal displays active sections and inactive ones — hidden on machines without section control.Tramlines
Automatic lane counting from the AB line, with a manual mode for headland passes where lane counting isn’t relevant. Adjustable spacing, width, and distance behind the machine.Auto turn
Headland turns generated from your machine’s geometry, with up to five-row skips. Each generated path is checked to ensure it lands on the target track before use.
Recorded turns made manually can be saved and automatically selected when they better match the row spacing than generated paths.Records
Per field, per crop: seed, fertiliser, lime, and spray by weight and volume; yield in tonnes; and input costs. Data accumulates across sessions and remains after reloads.Coverage
Ground worked is visually painted in real-time and area counted — the paint respects section boundaries, so areas shut off aren’t marked as completed.Machine profiles
Save width, offsets, headland settings, tramline configurations, and turn preferences per implement, with restoration upon hitching. Includes a geometry lock for machines whose automatic measurements can’t be trusted.
