Since this is my very first map, I want to say right away: it’s obviously not on par with a professional or 'high-end' map. There are certainly areas that could be improved, and I’m still learning a lot myself.
Nevertheless, I decided to publish the map because I didn’t want to keep it to myself.
Perhaps some of you might enjoy spending a few hours exploring it.
I’m of course happy to receive constructive feedback, suggestions for improvement, and your opinions on the map. Please be a little lenient – after all, it’s my first attempt.

We are in the Oldenburg Münsterland region, specifically in the Cloppenburg district, in the Halen part of the municipality of Emstek.
The goal was to capture the feeling of this small village without aiming for an exact replica.
The map is based on the Weekend Farmers map base and features, among other things, 32 ground angles and multi-fruits.
The design offers numerous options for both novice and experienced farmers. Seven plots of land are available in the village center, varying in size, features, and orientation.
Whether you want to focus on dairy cattle, pigs, horses, or chickens, or prefer to start with arable farming and contract work without animal husbandry – here you will find the perfect starting point for your farm.
Farm
1 – Small Cow Farm: A compact farm with a cowshed and adjacent pasture for 100 animals. Ideal for a small dairy operation and a relaxed start in agriculture.
Farm 2 – Large Dairy Farm: Located just across the street, this larger dairy farm has two cowsheds and space for 160 animals, suitable for expanding operations.
Farm 3 – Pig Farm: Focused on pig farming, with two barns for 182 animals. A cow pasture borders the farm, allowing for mixed animal husbandry.
Farm 4 – The versatile dairy farm: Centrally located, this farm has a large barn for 200 animals, spacious drive-through silos, and plenty of space for machinery. Future expansions are easily possible.
Farm 5 – Horse Farm: Situated at the village entrance, it features stables and an adjacent pasture for up to 16 horses.
Farm 6 – Modern Dairy Farm: Combining modern technology with professional dairy farming, this spacious farm has a modern barn for 177 cows with a feeding robot and outdoor run.
Farm 7 – Small Chicken Coop: The smallest pre-existing farm, with a small chicken coop and limited space for machinery. Perfect for starting small or adding an extra farm location.
Contract Farming – Arable & Contract Work: No livestock? No problem! This property is designed for contract farming, with barns for machinery and a large grain silo, ideal for arable farming, contract work, or machinery-based operations.
Build Your Own Farmyard: Want to design your farmyard yourself? An area for personal building projects is available in the outdoor area at ID 111. Any field can also be converted into building land, allowing for fully personalized farm planning.
Fields & Grassland: A total of 60 fields covering about 200 hectares, ranging from 0.63 to 10 hectares in size.
Additional Animal Stalls: To expand livestock or add new animal species, additional stall buildings are available for purchase.
Biogas Plants: Two biogas plants are available for energy production: a smaller one near the town center and a larger one on the outskirts, suitable for bigger farms.
Greenhouses & Water: Three polytunnel greenhouses are for sale on plot 119. Water can be sourced from the nearby bathing lake, accessible via a service road from the main road.
Additional Storage: If existing farm buildings become insufficient, extra space is available on plot 114, including a large hall, hay/straw storage, and two silos.
The Depot: Located in the north of the map, this well-developed depot offers further expansion options, including three purchasable factories, a feed production facility for TMR and pig feed, a large hall, bunker silos, and bulk goods storage halls. The sale and processing of your products are also managed here. In the village, you'll find a baker, a small inn, a large grain mill, and a dealer who buys your agricultural products. The retail store on Bremer Straße offers various consumer goods and finished products for daily needs.
