Description:

After tillage with the cultivator or disc harrow, some foliage may remain visible instead of being completely removed, allowing Volunteer Grain to grow afterward. Volunteer Grain develops daily to strike a balance between realism and enjoyable gameplay. The mod includes three profiles with adjustable values per crop type (found in the mod folder), which can be selected in the game settings. Custom crop types can also be added there. There are two pre-configured profiles: one for Giants Maps (Vanilla) and another for maps using the WeekendFarmers/T4xs Template (TemplateMap).

fruit name: The crop's name exactly as listed, for example, in fillTypes.xml.
densityReductionPercent: The percentage by which the stubble is reduced each pass. It is intentionally kept low (1–3). Higher values will clear the stubble more quickly.
targetFoliageState: The crop stage set during cultivation. This depends heavily on the map and crop used. If something looks off, use Easy Development Controls to first set the state to "sown" (FoliageState "1"), then increase it step by step until you reach the desired result, and enter that number here. You can test this without restarting the game: change the values, save the file, briefly switch profiles in-game, then switch back to your preferred profile — changes take effect immediately.
volunteerGrain: Should volunteer grain grow after tillage? (true/false)
volunteerGrainChance: The percentage chance that volunteer crop will grow.
Custom crops: You can easily add your own crops following the same pattern.
