Version 1.3.6.4 introduces a major performance update with a reset of tillage and groove tracking. Tillage equipment now only checks grid cells within the active workspace, significantly reducing processing effort, especially with older save games containing many saved tracks. Deferred recoveries mean groove cells under tires are now queued and processed gradually, avoiding full table searches each cycle. Device classification is stored directly on each tool, updating only every five seconds for efficiency. Density map hooks optimize the search for tillage functions by ending checks after consistent results. Particle effects for mud are distance-based, updating more frequently when closer to the camera, and are deactivated at over 200 meters to save resources. Terrain and groove data are no longer fully saved as XML but during normal game saves, reducing micro-stutters. Debug messages show tire pressure changes and mud particle initialization when debug mode is active. The mod enhances Farming Simulator 25 with realistic soil moisture, tire behavior, compaction, root and fruit damage, and bogging effects, compatible with single and multiplayer modes, especially when used with the RWSM system. Vehicles now create real physical grooves in the terrain heightmap based on various factors like weight, tire size, pressure, and soil moisture, with grooves being created directly at the contact point. Tillage can restore terrain, removing grooves within the work area, managed via separate save files for terrain backup and groove states. The system accurately models tire sinking on soft or wet surfaces, influenced by soil conditions and tire parameters, with tire pressure adjustable during operation and synchronized in multiplayer. Soil moisture impacts tire grip, sinking, and terrain deformation, with the RWSM system providing detailed soil data. Mud effects are stored per tire, with mud being cleaned off by surface type and speed, and particle effects distinguish dry earth from wet mud, generated only on suitable ground contact. Vehicles can progressively become stuck on waterlogged terrain, with physics modeling slipping and grip loss. Soil compaction from repeated passes is visualized in field info, influenced by wheel load, soil moisture, and slip, with different tools affecting soil structure and recovery. Root damage occurs from high load, wet conditions, and frequent crossings, impacting plant health, which can be monitored in field info. The mod extends field data with soil and plant health metrics, accessible through the settings menu, which is localized in twelve languages. Multiplayer physics calculations are server-side, with performance optimized via limited groove points, adjustable storage, caching, and delayed particle initialization. Version 1.3.6.3 added reduced slip in wet conditions and included all tillage equipment. Requires the Realistic Water & Soil Management (RWSM) mod.
