Description:

Welcome to the wilds of the Porcupine Mountains in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Here, you'll face many challenges such as rugged terrain, extreme weather, and vast wilderness. This is a start-from-scratch survival map. You inherit a small property with a trailer house, a shed, a silo, and some heavily used equipment. There's a small field of grass on the property, which you can harvest and bale into hay for income. Additionally, there's a constructible log cabin; with the right materials, you can build a cozy home. Once built, you can sell your trailer for extra cash. You can harvest trees for wood to build the cabin, and a sawmill is available to produce other materials. Items you can't produce or choose not to can be purchased at the warehouse. The map features a small town area for buying and selling, extensive forestry options, or open fields for farming expansion. There is no traffic, allowing you to build roads freely. The map includes 50 collectibles, 58 farmland plots, and one field. Several buy and sell points are available, including a sawmill and grain elevator. Buying options include an animal trader, gas station, warehouse, and vehicle dealer. New and updated features include new crops such as alfalfa, clover, flowering catchcrop, green rye, rye, spelt, silage maize, triticale, vetched rye, winter wheat, and winter barley. The map introduces ground deformation, row crop systems, additional ground angles, stubble destruction, updated textures, a custom planting and harvest calendar, more paintable textures, and new crops suitable for feeding animals. Silos and bunkers now accept these crops, and production points have been updated accordingly. The weather system has been customized to match the location, featuring unique sunrises, sunsets, very dark nights, and custom lighting. Tornado events are also included. Production capacities and outputs have been increased. The map uses a custom animal.xml, with cows not producing milk until after 27 months and goats after 12 months for realism.
