Description:

Allows you to sell farmland even when there are placeables on it. When you click Sell on such farmland, instead of the usual "cannot sell" message, you'll see a Yes/No prompt: "Warning: Farmland has placeables on it, are you sure you want to sell it?" Confirm with Yes to proceed. The placeables remain in place, but ownership transfers to the spectator farm—you no longer own, earn income from, or pay upkeep on them. You receive the standard land sale price. Placeables on abandoned land are forfeited without compensation. Console commands fallback: sellLand sells the farmland you're standing on; sellLand 12 sells farmland with ID 12; sellLandAll sells all farmland you own. Singleplayer or master user in multiplayer.
