RealPhysics Steering marks the first step into a new era of vehicle handling for Farming Simulator 25. Say goodbye to the default snap-back steering—this mod offers a smoother, heavier, and more natural steering experience that mimics turning a real steering wheel. The biggest advantage is control that stays with you: release the stick or key, and the wheels remain at the angle you left them. Exit and re-enter the vehicle, and your steering position is remembered, not reset to center. At higher speeds, steering becomes more stable and precise, with dynamic reductions in steering speed and maximum angle, providing a more controlled feel on roads, fields, and rough terrain. Key features include non-centering steering, persistent steering angles, speed-adaptive responses, and heavier, more deliberate vehicle control. It requires no menus, drivetrain changes, or unnecessary gameplay systems and is compatible with the Vehicle Control Addon, which continues to handle other features. RealPhysics Steering is just the beginning—future updates will introduce deeper physics interactions, including terrain, grip, wetness, weight, ground, and implement systems. This is more than a steering mod; it’s the start of a new physics experience in Farming Simulator 25. Update 1.0.0.1 adds the ability to adjust steering speed in the settings, and version 1.0.0.2 fixes compatibility for excavators by disabling the idle turning feature.
