Welcome to the farmlands of rural northern Michigan. Here you will find rich soil, rolling hills, and wide open fields. The starter farm comes equipped with everything you need to get started.
The starter farm is set up as a beef cattle operation and already has a small herd of Angus cattle grazing in the pasture. You begin with four fields, two of which provide essential materials for your cattle. One is a hay field to produce feed for your livestock.
There is also a wheat field from which you can harvest straw and sell the grain for income.
There are 70 available farmlands for purchase and 38 fields, totaling 620 acres of arable land.
In addition to the starter farm, there are three other pre-built farms available for purchase: a basic small farm, a small dairy farm, and a large dairy farm.
A forestry area is located in the northwest corner of the map, featuring a sawmill. There are also two supporting forestry-related productions in the town area.All productions include:

Tailor ShopThis map features custom weather patterns and a tailored crop calendar to better suit the area. The custom crop calendar allows for harvesting two crops in one season if crop rotations are planned correctly.
The map includes updated crop textures for some crops and features stubble destruction.
