Description:

Please note that due to the complexity of the mod (it contains several tens of thousands of lines of code), it currently does not support multiplayer, but this is planned for the future. Support for multiplayer features from version 1.1.0.0 onwards is included (for some reason, dewars cannot be picked up in MP). Fixed animals dying from diseases when deaths are disabled. Reduced herd transmission rates of diseases. Added settings options: - Enable/disable diseases - Change disease chances Version 1.2.0.4: - Added setting for using custom animal models – see this post for instructions. Version 1.2.0.3: - Fixed females getting pregnant even when all males are castrated. Version 1.2.0.2: - Fixed MP errors (it is still not recommended to use this in MP due to sync issues with new 1.2.0.0 features). - Fixed insemination straw errors. Version 1.2.0.1: - Fixed dewars not being purchasable (previously bought ones must be deleted). Version 1.1.0.3: - Added ability to castrate male animals. - Added straw and manure to chickens and sheep. - Added genetics information to buy/sell pages. - Fixed animals not being loadable into trailers. - Fixed animals not being sellable from trailers. - Fixed error: RealisticLivestock_AnimalSystem.lua:609: attempt to concatenate nil with string. - Fixed error: RealisticLivestock_AnimalClusterHusbandry.lua:157: attempt to index nil with ‘colours’ (temporary workaround). - Fixed error: RealisticLivestock_AnimalSystem.lua:769: attempt to index nil with ‘subTypes’ (temporary workaround). - Fixed inconsistent filter behavior. - Fixed animals having negative values. - Fixed horses not loading properly when not in a pen. - Fixed save files rarely failing to load after 89%. Version 1.1.0.2: - Fixed dealer reset button in SP. - Fixed animals not being sellable in SP. - Fixed animals not being loadable into/out of trailers. Version 1.1.0.1: - Fixed settings not loading. Version 1.0.2.0: - Herefords now have a white head. - Fixed a reset setting issue. Version 1.0.1.3: - Replaced orange Angus with Hereford. - Fixed info box showing wrong animal information after moving/selling animals. - Fixed breeder farm data not saving properly, resetting to a single animal type (requires deleting animalSystem.xml). Version 1.0.1.2: - Added export to CSV button (output file located in mod settings directory -> FS25_RealisticLivestock -> animals.csv). - Increased infertility chance for female cattle twins. - Reworked animal pregnancy offspring numbers. - Fixed health and productivity dropping to zero after loading. Version 1.0.1.1: - Added ear tag color configuration menu. - Added filter window with extensive options in the animal menu. - Added select all/none buttons. - Fixed animals not being bought or sold correctly. - Fixed checkboxes resetting visually after scrolling. - Fixed error: RealisticLivestock_Animal.lua:843: attempt to compare nil. Further updates include monitor information, bug fixes, and compatibility improvements. The mod now supports individual animals with unique identifiers, genetics, weight systems, enhanced UI, production, aging, and an overhauled animal dealer system. Support for diseases and message logs is in progress.

    Great mod! The animal behaviors really make it feel alive.

    This mod definitely steps up the realism, especially with the custom genetics and detailed animal behaviors. It would be enhanced even more if herd spacing and behavior were adjustable. Looking forward to future updates!

    This adds some great realism to the game when AI can uniquely recognize animals plus health issues are actively monitored. Keep fine-tuning it!
