Replaces the vehicle license plate on a map with Ohio plate style.
Hotfix 1.0.1 Fixed type 1 letter/number format to match real Ohio plate. Changed letter color to blue
By: This plate was given to me by a friend to make into a mod. The origin of the plate graphic is unknown. Will gladly give credit if origin is ever discovered.
