If I'm correct it was originally made by The Rental Man Buch.
It originally did not have an interior but I made one.

the garage doors wont open. i dont even get an interact button to open the garage doors.

when your looking in the garage, look by the house garage door, and look up. the switchs are there. you just got to move around a find the trigger. Edited
